Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 9, 2026
Introduction
AdSocial ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. It applies to all users of the AdSocial platform, website, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email, organization name, and role when you register.
- Billing data: payment method details are processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and general interaction patterns to improve the product.
- Content you create: campaigns, client data, AI-generated content, uploaded images, and business profiles you enter into the platform.
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen resolution for analytics and security.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notifications).
- To respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
- To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve product features.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing.
- AI providers (OpenAI, etc.) — to generate content on your behalf. Prompts and outputs are not used to train third-party models.
- Infrastructure providers (Vercel, AWS) — for hosting and data storage.
- Law enforcement — only when legally required by court order or subpoena.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records). Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.
5. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to security@adsocial.ai.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and export your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@adsocial.ai.
8. Children's Privacy
AdSocial is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
